How important is tea when it comes to health?

This should really not be underestimated! The first thing I love talking about is the actual act of making a loose-leaf herbal tea. Being able to take time out for yourself is so important, even if it’s for five minutes a day while (consciously) making a cup of tea. Mindfully boiling the kettle, admiring the beautiful different vibrant herbs going into your teapot, and waiting the couple of minutes for it to steep (and forcing yourself not to multitask).

  1. Your blog post is really great and detailed! I really like the way you analyzed this year’s fall and winter fashion trends. I’m debating whether to choose a long or short coat to suit my height of 5’2″. Could you give me some advice?

    1. Hi Joe, I have a similar height and used to have the same dilemma. In my experience, a short coat usually works better for our height as it doesn’t overwhelm the figure. But a long coat with the right cut can also make you look taller if paired with high-waisted pants or boots. Hope this helps!

  2. I loved this article! It’s incredible how fashion can evolve so fast, and your insights about sustainable fashion were spot on. I’m curious if you think eco-friendly materials will become more mainstream in the upcoming seasons?

  3. Great article as always! I’m currently loving the trend of oversized blazers, but I’m worried they might not suit someone with a petite frame like mine. What are your thoughts on how to style them?
